RETAIL ADMIN CLERK – KWA MASHU

The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• all retail accounts administrative functions,
• daily cash reconciliations,
• daily supplier invoice processing and supplier accounts maintenance,
• daily processing of bank accounts
• month-end journals
• management reporting
• finalization of trail balance up to the balance sheet
• other bookkeeping functions,
• support for managers,
• general administrative duties.
Requirements:
• A relevant qualification in administration / accounting,
• above average computer skills (including Excel),
• professional communication etiquette,
• accuracy and an eye for detail is a pre requisite for this opportunity,
• candidate must be very comfortable using a computer as well as standard Excel functions.
• 1 year accounting experience.
