The admin clerkposition has become available in Rosebank. This role will primarily focus on the administrative duties, reporting into the Manager.

Duties & Responsibilities

•Resolves all customer account queries regarding credits and processes all credits on system.
•Controls and reconciles all payments made from petty cash.
•Generates daily COD reconciliation reports to ensure that all monies have been received.
•Compiling monthly reports and time sheets.
• Maintain an accurate filing system and assist with administrative requests from the Manager.
•Liaise with various departments on a daily basis.

REQUIREMENTS

• Matric
• Computer literacy (Word & Excel) essential
• Previous administrative experience will be an added advantage
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail will be required in order to be successful in this role.
