Job Description :
To effectively and efficiently liaise with suppliers.
Place orders promptly, check incoming orders accurately; make out GRN for stock received
Education qualifications:
Grade 12, Computer Literacy
Work Experience:
1-2 years’ experience as an Administrator, Key Outcomes (results expected of the role), High standard of work (Accuracy & proficiency), Timeous handing of administrative duties, Timeous completion of work
Accountabilities of the Role:
To ensure proper placing of all orders and follow ups, Checking orders on arrival, To effectively prepare purchase requisitions and Goods Received Note, To capture data on computer, Distribution of orders or packing in stores, Control stocks in stores, Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time, To perform a variety of assignments which are sometimes confidential in nature, Enters data, draft, edit, revise and print letters, tables, reports and other materials.
To perform, general clerical duties to include but not limited to: photocopying, scanning, faxing, mailing and filing. To place internal and external orders and submit for approval prior to capturing on the SAP system. To carry out administrative as well as stock control duties as stipulated for admin purposes. To make calls to clients for quotations, follow up on deliveries and payments.
