My client is a well established and known concern marketing agricultural products in Africa. They have a two vacancies within their Animal Feed Department for B.Comm graduates.

Duties will include:

  • Opening of contracts on system
  • Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
  • Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
  • Collecting of unsigned contracts
  • Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts
  • 6 month reconciliations

Requirements:

  • Min B.Comm qualification
  • Be fully bilingual
  • Analytical
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Excellent planning and organisaitional skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
