My client is a well established and known concern marketing agricultural products in Africa.
They have a two vacancies within their Animal Feed Department for B.Comm graduates.
Duties will include:
- Opening of contracts on system
- Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
- Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
- Collecting of unsigned contracts
- Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts
- 6 month reconciliations
Requirements:
- Min B.Comm qualification
- Be fully bilingual
- Analytical
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent planning and organisaitional skills
- Ability to work under pressure
