Our agricultural client is Stellenbosch is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team.

Duties& Responsibilities:
• Invoicing
• Opening of contracts on system
• Compiling and submitting of physical contracts (sales and purchase contracts)
• Distributing of contacts to suppliers and clients
• Collecting of unsigned contracts
• Managing the monthly NEDBANK audit by collecting and saving Proof of deliveries (POD’s), invoices and signed contracts
• 6-month reconciliations
• Logistics administration

Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant degree would be advantageous
• At least 2 years’ experience in an administrative or financial role

Salary on offer: R 13 000 – R 15 000 p/m
