An established agricultural organisation in Robertson offers this vacancy to a dedicated and professional person.
The incumbent will be responsible for: • administrative tasks involving seasonal workers i.e. wages, leave registers, staff loans, UIF and insurance • administrative and management functions relating to the crèche and after-school centre • recording of financial information of the crèche and after-school centre. Secretarial duties include among others: • reports and minutes of meetings • support to senior staff • reception and switchboard.
Knowledge of and experience in Excel and Pastel will count in your favour.
