Admin Manager.

Exquisite 5* Game Lodge KNP area - Mpumalanga.

The Admin Manager undertakes financial administration tasks which include

debtors account management, payment allocations, invoicing and cash handling

as well as creditors invoice batches, as well as general administration as required.

Key Focus Areas:

Allocation and postings of all Debtors’ payments received;
Ensure that Aged Debtors Analysis Reports are produced accurately and up to date for each month end;
Month-end Workbooks (accounts and payroll);
Ensure that all payments received for advance deposits and guest payments are allocated and posted onto PMS accordingly;
Complete all Weekly banking;
Ensure that all department invoices are batched correctly and sent to the Support Office for payment;
Maintains and controls the Petty Cash float;
Ensure PMS monthly gratuities are correctly allocated, summarised and forwarded to the Payroll Office at month end;
Clean and ensure all Administration equipment as well as all work areas are in good order, to ensure compliance with OHSA regulations;
The company may require you to attend, from time to time, training courses or programmes to improve your skills and knowledge;
In consultation with the Lodge Management, treat staff equally, strictly adhering all company procedures and disciplinary code.
Manage and control Stationary orders;
Filing and administration of Personnel Files, leave applications and staff rosters;
Ensure all Staff permits and access cards are valid and renewed when required.
Requirements – Qualifications and Skills:

Grade 12 (essential) & Degree or Diploma (advantageous);
At least 3 years’ experience in a similar position;
Exceptional hosting and guest interaction skills;
Ability to confidently manage independently;
Excellent team management skills;
Team player;
Creative problem solving skills;
Attention to detail.
Salary R 9 500 - R 11 000 including accommodation and company benefits.
