Vacancy is based in South of JHB.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Oversee the invoicing and credit note processes.
• Ensure that all units are billing as per the relevant lease agreement.
• Oversee and control transport administration processes and reconciliations.
• Accounts payable – follow up on overdue debtors problems and assist the accounts payable department to recover all debt.
• Timely and accurate completion of weekly and monthly reports.
• Documentation control. Ensure that stock integrity on the ERP system is maintained.
• Fleet/ asset management and integrity there off and recovering of units from clients.
• Coordinate and plan make or buy decisions and procurement. Supervise the Rentals stores function.
• Ensure that all subordinates have skills and knowledge to carry out their functions efficiently and effectively.
• Take ownership of the administration processes relating to the Rentals department (Dotted line branches).
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
• Grade 12. Tertiary Education will be an added advantage.
• At least 3–5 years’ experience regarding admin and ERP processes. (Must have ERP knowledge to obtain proper reports)
• Must have very good financial aptitude
KNOWLEDGE:
• Ability to communicate fluently in English,
• Aptitude for figures and work effectively under pressure
SKILLS:
• Computer literate, ability to use MS office and ERP skills.
