Admin Manager
Main Duties:
? Provide accurate & timeous financial data / reports.
? Work in progress management
? Review balance sheet reconciliations
? Implement corrective actions relevant to audit reports.
? Ensure back-office compliance to service levels required
? Ensuring the effective management of all financial activities such as debtors and creditors
? Improving productivity and processes within the branch
? Monthly commissions and payroll management
? Day-to-day direct report management
Qualifications & Position Requirements:
? B.Com / B.Tech Degree.
? Relevant experience
? Experience in interpretation of management accounts.
? MS Office & SAGE literate. (Advance skills on Excel required)
? Excellent administrative & communication skills.
? Good and proved leadership skills. People orientated.
Salary: R12 000 Per Month
