ADMIN MANAGER positions available in Pretoria with well-known technology brand. We are looking for tech savvy people who has the ability to work independently & use initiative and take overall responsibility for all administration duties within the store including control of stock, cash
and assets to minimise risk. Custodian of all policies, processes and standard operating procedures (SOP's).

We currently have a number of Admin Manager vacancies available for the Technology brand in Pretoria. The successful candidates will be required to be flexible in working in various stores in Pretoria as needed and required by the General Manager before potentially be based at one specific store. Areas include Centurion, Menlyn and Brooklyn.

Duties & Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
• Stock management
- Policies and procedures adhered to
- Stock loss percentage as per KPA
- Correct stock levels maintained
- Stock levels and aging as per SOP
• Financial management
- Budget preparation
- Asset registrar reported monthly
• Human resources
- Ensure attendance registers are completed accurately
- Ensure appraisals and tracking documents in place
• Operations management
- Policies and procedures adhered to
- Accurate and timeous reports

Requirements:
- Must have Matric
- Financial qualification is preferred
- Minimum two years managerial experience
- Minimum three years administration experience
- Be prepared to work retail hours (including weekends, holidays and overtime)
- Have excellent leadership skills
- High energy levels
- Analytical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Great communication skills
- Conflict management skills
- Be service focussed

Salary negotiable depending on level of experience
