Our international clientâ??s branch in Paarl is looking for an Administration and Finance Manager to join their team.
The Administration & Finance Manager is responsible for all administrative and financial functions within the Licensing office in South Africa and for certain administrative and financial functions within the Licensing Department, and will act as main liaison with Accounting/Treasure Department our client.
Primary duties on international level will include:
- Budget and budget controls
- International expense and revenue administration
- Royalty collection: South Africa, Peru, Brazil, Israel, Egypt, Saudi Arabia
- Update and maintain data and records
- Data management
- Ad hoc administrative duties
- Office Management in South Africa including HR-properties
Immediate availability will be beneficial.
Candidates who have previous experience in collection of royalties in variety-industry will have preference.
