You will be required to carry out the following daily tasks which make up the basis for your employment,

1. Collect, sort and capture all customer POD’s and supporting documents.
2. Collect, sort and capture all invoices and statements received.
3. Prepare all relevant client invoices and statements.
4. Ensure all invoices and statements are delivered to clients on time.
5. Sort out customer queries.
6. Keep accurate record of ALL documents.
7. Work on company invoicing and operating platforms.
