ASSISTANT ADMINISTRATOR

A temp vacancy exists at its Head Office in Pietermaritzburg of a national firm of Chartered Accountants and Registered Auditors for an experienced Assistant Administrator to commence duties as soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities

• Relieve reception at agreed time slots
• Support reception in absence of receptionist
• Manage boardroom bookings
• Assist with receiving clients for appointments and meetings in boardroom
• Assist Branch Director’s and visiting Director’s with admin functions when requested
• Updating the client distribution list
• Follow up on debtors statements and invoices for fees collection
• Reconciliation on certain accounts
• Search works (Deed search)
• TCMS admin
• Checking staff timesheets
• SAICA Learner Tracking System administration
• Recon of account and admin thereof
• Debtors follow up and recon
• Assist Finance Team with adhoc tasks
• Adhoc assistance as and when needed within Morar Inc.

Minimum Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Grade 12

• 2 - 3 years’ experience
