Job Title : Administration Clerk


Preferred Minimum Requirements:

Extensive experience in Administration and/or SAP + Plant Maintenance qualification, Proficiency in excels background or related field as well as appropriate experience knowledge of administration.
QUALIFICATIONS/ EXPERIENCE/ KNOWLEDGE
Knowledge & Experience Required

Essential
• Matric qualification
• 1 – 3 years’ experience in industrial sector
• SAP knowledge required (SAP training certification required)
• MR1,Plant Maintenance 1,Plant Maintenance 2 & SAP HR
• Strong administration skills – organized, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to communicate at all levels
• Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills
• Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint
• Proactive, punctual and reliable
• Well-presented and spoken
• Vibrant nature
• Enjoys dealing with people daily and is tolerant of people, polite but assertive

Task
1. Project Management of workflow
2. Manage information and administration.
3. Records management
4. Support Management
5. Perform other related duties as requested

Key Areas:

1. Coordinate projects.
2. Coordination and conduct initial information session.
3. Preparation of written reports on an ad hoc and scheduled basis.
4. Keeping filing system safe and locked
5. Consolidate all reports for a quarterly report.
