My client, a well established concern withing the agricultural industry has a vacancy for an Administration Coordinator for their Procurement team. Min 2 years experience within an admin or financial role will count in your favor.

Duties:

  • Contract management
  • Compile procurement contracts
  • Collecting outstanding contracts
  • Stock control and management
  • Reconcile stock on system to stock at co-op's system
  • Prepare invoices for payment to suppliers and producers
  • Control all transactions and ensure it is updated on a daily basis

Requirements:

  • B.Comm degree advantageous
  • Strong with regards to financials
  • Excel
  • Attention to detail and highly accurate
