My client, a well established concern withing the agricultural industry has a vacancy for an Administration Coordinator for their Procurement team. Min 2 years experience within an admin or financial role will count in your favor.
Duties:
- Contract management
- Compile procurement contracts
- Collecting outstanding contracts
- Stock control and management
- Reconcile stock on system to stock at co-op's system
- Prepare invoices for payment to suppliers and producers
- Control all transactions and ensure it is updated on a daily basis
Requirements:
- B.Comm degree advantageous
- Strong with regards to financials
- Excel
- Attention to detail and highly accurate
