Administration and Logistics Coordinator - Stellenbosch

Our client, one of South Africa’s leading companies in the Agricultural sector, is looking for an Administrative and Logistics Coordinator with 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar role at their offices based in Stellenbosch.

Duties & responsibilities:
• Responsible for the logistics dashboard which includes adding loads (Knowledge of Microsoft Excel is crucial)
• Obtaining proof of deliveries from suppliers and clients
• Handling transport queries with regards to invoices and transport rates
• Registering new transporters
• Assisting the operations team with the tracking of trucks and keeping clients informed on ETA’s
• Booking in trucks at loading and offloading points
• Dispute resolution procedures

Minimum requirements:
• BComm Degree / 2 – 3 Years’ experience in similar position
• Analytical
• Excellent Excel skills
• Excellent customer service
• Good planning and organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills with confident personality
• Ability to work in a team
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work accurately, efficiently and handle pressure
• Well versed in e-mail etiquette and MS Outlook with good writing skills
• Fluent in Afrikaans and English
• Own vehicle preferred

CTC package on offer: R12 500 – R15 000 pm (Package includes Pension Fund contribution, company cell and laptop)
