Previous experience in pension funds/death benefits highly recommended
Should be able to preferably communicate with the clients in english and Afrikaans

Day to day management of death benefits team
Staff management
Managing staff in Johannesburg and Cape Town
Keeping to call centre staff in check with time attendance etc
Traffic control- allocate, maintain and control flow of death benefits cases to team on daily basis
Ensure targets are met
Liaise with clients on a regular basis for follow ups
Queries
Case explanations
Maintain and update service level agreements
Annual increases
Maintain filing system
Quotations and new business
Presentations for death benefits consulting
Liaise with external legal on monthly billing
Maintain month end spreadsheet for department billing
Review invoices for accuracy of charges
May be required to attend meetings and new business presentations
Company uses in-house software – training on software will be provided
