Well know Established Restaurant Group is looking for Admin Manager for do all the Admin for the Restaurant.
Requirements for the position.
- 2/5+ Years of Relevant Experience in Administration Management (Restaurant, Accounting and Computer skills)
- Matric and Relevant Accounting/Administration Diploma an advantage.
Computer skills needed - Excel, Data Knowledge, VIP Knowledge, Payroll Knowledge and Logistical/ systematic skills required - Restaurant Environment.
Key Performance Area:
- Food Cost Report, Operations Budget, Cash flow, VIP Payroll Administration, Record Keeping, managing of information into stores and to receive stock. .
- The successful person will have to be very responsible, dedicated and determined to perfect his/her daily operation's needs.
- Needs to present constant feedback and reporting to the Operator/General Manager
- Have Trustworthy and reliable Transportation
- Need to work Restaurant Shifts.
- Well-presented and well Spoken
- Punctual on deadlines and reports
