Relevant Human Resources tertiary qualification, must have management admin experience in a L & D or training centre environment, in depth knowledge of SETA & skills dev legislation, learnerships,apprenticeships, WSP/ATR's, EE, BBBEE etc. Above average MS Office and communication skills. Ideally you should have manufacturing exp and proven leadership skills in administration. Position is in Saldanha on the West Coast.
