Position: Administrative Assistant to Sales Director
Location: Stellenbosch - Western Cape

Report to: Sales Director
Salary: R9k – R10k p/m
13th cheque performance based

Requirements:
- A completed matric with suitable admin qualification
- 3+ Admin exp in busy environment
- Exposure to marketing/ sales enviro is preferred but not essential
- Have strong bilingual communication skills
- Strong admin & organisational skills
- MS Office computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook)
- Valid driver’s license
- Professional and presentable in appearance and conduct
- Need to be accurate when working with figures/ quotes
- Good people skills
- Non-smoker preferred due to environment requirements

Duties:
- Will work directly with the director in terms of marketing/ client liaison
- Assist in dealing with service and admin for corporate clients
- Admin will include learning a in-house production programme
- Compiling quotations & sourcing new products
- Liaising with suppliers in regards to prices/ products
- Take minutes during meetings & distribute information
- Dealing with products that needs to be approved
- Dealing with enquiries and professional emails
- Use Excel for basic cost calculations
