Job title: Administrative Assistant
Reports to: Regional and Client Services Manager
Location: Alberton
Requirements:
• Matric
• 5 years’ experience in administration and clerical work
• Understanding of financial processes – debtors and creditors
Attributes
• The ability to function independently
• A customer centric approach to all work
• Attention to detail
• Excellent computer skills
• The ability to function under pressure with strict timeframes

Duties and Responsibility
• Day-to-day administration / clerical work
• Assist with creditors, debtors and petty cash management
• Provide a support function to the managers for training
• Assistance in HR administration (leave forms, uniforms, staff invoices)
• Assist in the control, management and review of Inventories
• Stock control
