Job Description:

Liaising with a large number of estate agents working for the company, and supporting them from an administrative point of view.
Assisting new agents in the company with their initial registration process. This includes monitoring payment, liaising with the Estate Agency Affairs Board, drafting letters of employment to be signed by the principal, setting up the agent’s email addresses, setting up the agent’s cloud based accounts, taking the agents through an induction course on the company’s systems and structures and continuously following up with all relevant parties throughout the process.
Updating and submitting all additional products and services that agents have ordered on a monthly basis for invoicing purposes.
Setting up of draft invoices on the companies cloud based accounting platform (training to be provided).
Uploading of property listings onto various online property portals.
Supporting other administrative and management personnel.
Performing various other administrative tasks relating to the day to day running of the business.
Handling the switchboard.
Receiving guests at the office.

Qualifications:

Be well spoken, bilingual and have excellent communication skills.
Have accurate typing skills and be good at spelling.
Be neat, presentable and punctual.
Be computer literate.
Be eager and able to learn new skills and programs.
Have own transport.
Have a matric certificate, although further qualification will be advantageous.
Have previous admin related experience
