Our client, a leader in the IT field and based in Worcester in the Western Cape has a vacancy for an ADMINISTRATIVE CLERK based at their head-office in Worcester.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- handling of petty cash and daily reconciliations thereof

- handling of all stock and the reconciliation thereof

- drafting of quotations

- the order of parts as per accepted quotation

- stocktaking as and when required

- part-time receptionist

 

REQUIREMENTS:

- matric / Grade 12 certificate

- computer skills (MS Office)

- a diploma/ studying towards a diploma

- own transport with drivers license

- 1 or 2 years of comparable experience

 

Candidates with an interest or experience in sales and rep work in an IT environment will be considered as well.
