Job Description:

* Contract control
* Drawing up purchasing contracts
* Obtaining outstanding contracts
* Supply management and control
* Ensure that stock on the company’s system aligns with stock on Cooperation’s system
* Prepare and manage invoices for supplier/producer payments
* Transaction control
* Confirm that the transactions regarding purchases are entered into the system on a daily basis and align with Safex inputs
* Consult with clients, suppliers, marketers, team members

Requirements:

* At least 2 years’ experience in a financial or administrative role
* A relevant degree will be to your advantage
* Solid financial skills
* Analytical
* Excellent Excel capability
* Good client service skills
* Ability to work in a team
* Detail-oriented
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently
