Minimum requirements:

• Ability to speak English a requirement, the ability to speak French a requirement, whilst the ability to speak Portuguese would be advantageous
• Grade 12
• Tertiary qualification aligned with the responsibilities of the position would be advantageous
• Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience

Duties:
• To provide total administrative support to the Legal Regional Counsel
• To ensure the confidentiality and security of all documents
• Taking calls and messages in a professional manner
• Making appointments where required
• To provide PA assistance to the Finance ice President
• General typing of documentation
• Editing documents
• Dealing with visas
• Booking all required travel arrangement
