Job Description:

Supports operations by supervising staff; planning, organizing, and implementing administrative systems.
Daily reconciliation of debtor accounts.
Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures within the division.
Provides communication systems by identifying needs; evaluating options and approving invoices for clients on a daily basis.
Completes special projects (annual Conferences, Golf days etc) by organizing and coordinating information and requirements. Planning meeting schedules and monitoring results.
Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems.
Improves program and service quality by devising new applications, updating procedures and evaluating system results with users.
Achieve financial objectives by anticipating requirements and submitting information for budget preparation. Scheduling expenditures; monitoring costs and analysing variances.
Maintains continuity among corporate, division, and local work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Update and maintaining of client information and agreements.
Daily reconciliation of Key Account invoicing and transactions.
Achieve strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

Customer Service
Telephone Skills, verbal communication and listening
Filing and Documentation Skills
Microsoft Office Skills, computer literate in all recognized general computer programs, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Basic accounting Skills
Fully bilingual, written and verbally
Experience with Pastel Evolution will be to your advantage
