Job Description:

Bookkeeping
Monthly debtors function for hotels;
Monthly cashbook and journal processing for various entities within the group
Monthly intercompany invoicing;
Monthly intercompany loan account reconciliations;
Monthly management accounts, if and when necessary;
Assistance with VAT calculations for these entities;
Assistance with annual audit preparation;
Administrative
Assist the CEO, the CEO’s Personal Assistant and Group Financial Manager with various tasks;
General administrative, corporate, financial and secretarial tasks as required by senior management.
Daily sales analysis and comparisons for restaurants;
Reviewing of current contracts and ensuring they are kept up to date;

Qualifications:

Accounting or bookkeeping qualification required,
At least 3 – 5 years experience as an assistant accountant, bookkeeper or debtor’s clerk
