My client based in the Northern Suburbs in Cape Town provides a comprehensive medical waste service to generators in the greater Cape Town area for over 15 years. Their standards of service delivery are never compromised ensuring that they provide a cost effective, cleaner and safer way to dispose of medical waste.

My client is currently looking at recruiting an Administrative Supervisor/Credit Control for their facility based in the Northern Suburbs, Cape Town.

Qualifications and Experience
• 5 Years’ of Supervisory Experience
• Matric/or equivalent
• Computer literacy – Excel (Intermediate/Advanced)
• Advance Excel certificate would be an advantage
• Pastel Partner or Sage Evolution experience essential
• Sound accounting knowledge
• Diploma in Accounting would be an advantage

Key Responsibilities
• Manage the Debtors book / Age Analysis
• Daily updating of receipts
• Invoicing and Management of the top BCL customer portfolio
• Timeous investigation and successful resolution of all outstanding queries on reconciliation
• Processing / printing of invoices, sales orders and statements
• Directly accountable for six employees
• Responsible for the efficient functioning of the accounts department
• Overseeing of waste management reporting system
• Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation governing the industry
