KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The incumbent will report to the Admin Manager on all aspects of the work and key performance areas.
Overall planning and administrative support to staff
Co-ordinating and organising workshops and meetings
Efficient travel and accommodation arrangements
Reconciliation of all courier accounts
Assistance in monitoring and overseeing usage of all cell-phone and 3G devices. This includes managing the database, assisting in monitoring expenditure, processing all upgrades and handling queries
Monitoring and retrieving expenditure reports on the telephone management system
Providing relief support to admin staff on leave

REQUIREMENTS:

Qualifications
Grade 12 Certificate
Certificate in Office Administration

Experience
At least five years’ administrative work experience in an office environment

Competencies
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
Good planning and organisational skills, with attention to detail
Ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven approach
Professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality
