The Administrator/ Clerk is responsible for providing, administrative and clerical services:

File compilation, file workflow management, payments, invoices, booking in and out of vehicles, workshop queries assistance, interdepartmental communications and progress schedule maintenance. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that finance applications and contracts are accurate and up to date.

Duties include but are not limited to:
devising and maintaining office systems;·
attending meetings, taking minutes and keeping notes;·
Capturing payments and receipts·
liaising with staff in other departments and with external contacts;·
Maintaining stock books;·
organising and storing paperwork, documents and computer-based information;·
photocopying and printing various documents, sometimes on behalf of other colleagues;·
Data Capturing;·
Liaison with finance providers;·
Process sales documentation;


Minimum Requirements:
Matric certificate;·
Minimum 1 year experience in administrative/clerk position;·
Must have· Pastel and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency;
Excellent customer relations skills;·
Excellent organisational abilities;·
Previous administrative experience in the motor industry would be a benefit;·
· Fluent Afrikaans communication skills essential - not negotiable. English language skill
Basic computer literacy essential (Windows operating system, file management, etc.)

Own transport and valid license NB


Salary:
R8 100.00 p/m Gross (during 3 months probation);·
R9 000.00 p/m Gross (outside probation) incl pension fund·
Guaranteed annual bonus to the value of two weeks remuneration.·


Working Hours: NOT negotiable
Mon - Fri 08h00- 17h00
Sat 08h00 -13h00
One day off in the month for the Saturdays worked
