2-3 years, in a similar environment and understanding of debtors and administration. Good interpersonal skills coupled with Excel and Word .Post qualification in accounting or Bookkeeping will serve as advantage.

Key duties includes:
• Support of accounting function in the debtors department
• Updating monthly reports
• Updating payments and non-payments
• Updating of invoice received
• Provide reports to Management on request
• Receive Invoices
• Capture on the internal system
Essential for the role:
• Matric
• At least 2 years working experience
• Experience in capturing information
• Good understanding of basic accounting
