Our client is seeking an administrator to support the Business Services team in HR administration and general office management

Responsibilities to include:

  • Scanning, photocopying, courier and binding as required  
  • Backup for Receptionist
  • Filing administration to ensure all relevant information is on record
  • Assisting with the setup of interviews and meetings
  • Assisting with the set up and co-ordination of Staff Inductions
  • Assisting with the record keeping of staff training
  • Maintenance of HR templates for example, Contracts, SLA’s, Job specs
  • Credit card, forex & staff recons (SI, OPS, CEO)
  • Printing board packs,
  • Meeting room and VC set up as required
  • coordination of SI, BSD, OPS internal meetings
  • Support team on internal events & staff celebrations (catering, bookings etc)
  • Prepare monthly travellinck invoice & cost allocations
  • Prepare monthly Arkadin teleconference invoice & cost allocations
  • Assist with preparing HR and office invoices for sign off
  • Manage Mailbox
  • Assist Office Manager with co-ordination and assimilation of required documents for BEE

Experience and Core CompetencieS:

  • Appropriate tertiary qualification/courses, preferably BA Administration
  • Have 2 to 3 years work experience, preferably in Financial Services
  • Have good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with providers and staff 
  • Good attention to detail  
  • MS office skills
  • Have a hard-working, can-do attitude
  • Able to work comfortably in an open, fast paced environment
  • Able to effectively juggle multiple priorities
  • Strong time management skills
  • Team player
  • Learning agility essential
