Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum requirements will be Grade 12 with 2-5 years relevant HR experience. A tertiary qualification in HR will be an advantage. The successful candidate must have excellent administrative skills and be fluent in English (verbal and written) and preferably in Afrikaans as well. Further requirements is the ability to work under pressure.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
To play an active role in the recruitment and selection of staff for the Depot and region and see to it that all related processes and procedures are strictly followed. Liaising with salary/wage department. General HR administration for Depot and region. Establishing, organising and supervising the maintenance of department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
