Job Description
To provide full admin support (including secretarial) to the Core Product Team
Provide telephonic support in the department & answering of calls, taking messages, etc.
Responsible for the ordering and control of stationery, spares, cons, etc.
Assist with presentations
Travel arrangements
Training administration and booking
Postal management
ORACLE
Contract management and printing
Command centre reporting
iProcs, expense claims, etc.
Payments of suppliers
GENERAL
Maintenance of certification as required by clients
Premises access control database
Admin duties as required by Technical Managers
Assist as required with demo and boardroom bookings and refreshments, etc.
Any ad-hoc duties that may be assigned by the Managers in the branch
Management of the petty cash NUPAY card
Payment of monthly telephone accounts
Health and Safety Committee - Management of registers
Job Requirements
Matric
Three & five years secretarial experience
Must have advanced knowledge of MS Office (MS Word/Powerpoint/Excel)
Be able to deal with all levels of customer (Senior to Junior) on a professional level
Good communication skills, preferably bilingual
