MAIN JOB PURPOSE
To ensure that the Academy is compliant with SETA requirements for learnership registration and implementation. Monitor institutional and accreditation compliance for all campuses.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

1. Grade 12 or equivalent
2. Certificate in office administration or equivalent experience
3. Assessor certificate
4. Moderator certificate
5. Project Management certificate or equivalent experience
6. Learner Management system experience
7. Learnership implementation management (minimum 2 years’ experience)
8. Quality assurance experience (minimum 1 year)
9. Knowledge of SETA Indicium (minimum 2 years’ experience)
10. Data capturing experience (minimum 2 years’ experience)
11. Learnership implementation administration experience
12. Understanding and interpretation of assessment reports (minimum 1 year)
13. Understanding and interpretation of moderation processes (minimum 3 years’ experience)

DUITES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Apply for greenlight for all new learnerships
1. Liaise with SETA’s and compile document required for learnership registration
2. Registered learnership (Greenlight)

Generate Learnership Agreements and send to Campus ETQA
3. Capture client and learnership details to generate Learnership agreements from SETA system
4. Submit Learnership Agreement template to Campus ETQA

Administration of termination and replacements
5. Requesting for and quality assuring termination packs for Campus ETQA
6. Submission of termination packs to SETA and apply for greenlight for replacement learners

Monitor Occupational Health and Safety Compliance
7. Keep track of Occupational Health and Safety certificate expiry dates
8. Apply for Occupational Health and Safety site visits and certificate renewals

Monitor Accreditation compliance and expiry
9. Keep track of accreditation and Liaise with National Quality and Compliance Manager for accreditation renewal.
10. Current accreditation documents submitted to SETA for learnership registration.
