Administrator Needed – R10 500pm

Minimum Requirements:
• Grade 12
• Minimum of 2 years experience in Administration (Invoicing, Petty Cash etc)
• Valid Driver’s Licence
• Fully bilingual and literate in Afrikaans & English
• Fully computer literate
• Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00 Mo-Fri and Sat from 08:00 to 12:00

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Checking of petty cash
• Vehicle invoicing
• Back up for orders and posting
• Assisting customers with queries and questions
• Making bookings for clients
• Problem solving
• Ensuring all admin and paperwork is up to date
