Sales Administrator/Sales Support

Location: Tokai, Cape Town
Salary: Market Related

Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
MS Outlook, Calendar, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Strong telephonic, verbal and communication skills
Drivers licence and own reliable transport
Knowledge of the stock market (advantageous but not critical)
Secretarial skills
Matric (Grade 12)

Duties:
Front desk receptionist.
Administrative support to the sales team and product management team
Create and maintain customer records, updating details, request quotations
Log customer problems or complaints on the CRM
Minute taking for sales meetings, setting up meetings for sales team
Printing, scanning, courier and filing
Answer sales incoming calls and attend to queries when required
Arrange flights, accommodation and rentals for all staff on request
Assign incoming tickets on the company’s CRM system
Arranging seminars and ensuring the smooth process thereof
Ordering, collecting and compiling stock market course material
Support for CFD applications, ensuring FICA compliance, collating of documents
Chasing up on seminar payments
Maintain and update customer records
Re-ordering of magazine subscriptions
Attend seminars to ensure fresh refreshments and food is served
General office admin. duties
General front office duties, i.e. welcome clients
Stay up to date with new products and features
Support the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives
Additional tasks may be taking leads & telesales when required to do so
