Our client requires the services of an organized, hands on Administrator to provide general support to the four line managers of the banking subsidiary
Key performance areas:
? Management of day-to-day activities for the General Manager of Banking
? Stakeholder liaison
? Management of banking related requests and proposals
? Secretarial support to the General Manager of Banking & Line Management
? Administrative duties
The successful candidate must have:
? Matric with a Secretarial / relevant qualification
? 3 – 5 years’ experience in Secretarial / administrative duties
? Experience in a retail environment will be advantageous
? Must have own driver’s license
? Must be able to draw up spread sheets
? Excellent computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP) Typing (30/40 wpm)
? Understanding of Apple products
? Proven communication skills (written & verbal)
? The ability to multi-task
? Excellent organizational, interpersonal and numeric skills
? Must be accurate, have great attention to detail and have a can-do personality
