Main purpose of the job
To be responsible for insurance claims and collation of information for annual insurance
declarations and recoveries, act as an Electronic National Traffic Information System (Enatis)
representative for WHC vehicles, and processing and administration of WHC vehicle fines.

Location
Parktown, Johannesburg

Key performance areas
Administration and processing of insurance claims from receipt of initial notification to claim
settlement
Maintaining meticulous records of all claims and related correspondence for progress reporting
Collating information for annual insurance declarations and annual recovery of insurance
premiums
Enatis representative for WHC Motor Fleet including completion of Enatis forms and where
necessary visits to the Department of Vehicle Licensing
Processing, administration and recovery of WHC vehicle fines
Maintaining detailed schedule of WHC vehicles for Enatis and Insurance purposes
Adhoc administrative duties, as required

Required minimum education and training
Grade 12

Required minimum work experience
2 – 3 years’ administration experience
Experience with insurance claims and/or Enatis will be advantageous
Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

Desirable additional education, work experience and personal abilities
Computer Literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft office
Good interpersonal skills with sound written and verbal communication skills
Effective self-management and performance ownership
Deadline driven and analytical with meticulous attention to detail
Pro-active and diligent with an enquiring mind
Willingness to learn and resilience
