SM Healthcare Placements is inviting applications from suitably qualified individuals for the position of Administrator based uMkhanyakude, Kwa-Zulu Natal for an exciting role within an International NGO in the health care field.

The incumbent will be responsible for administering and coordinating programme administrative activities.

The following are the qualifications, experience, knowledge and attributes requirements:

Education, Training and Experience
• Grade 12/ Matric
• Diploma in Administration or equivalent
• Fluency in English
• 2 years relevant experience
• Competent in MS office including excel
• valid driver’s licence

• Provide operational support; perform procurement activities, asset management, travel coordination, stock ordering, petty cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Ability to work under pressure and in a diverse environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of multidisciplinary team.
• Attention to detail.
• Self-motivation with high regard for excellence, work ethic, values and integrity and good communication skills.
