Objective: To support the day-to-day office functions in order for the Durban branch.
Functional outputs and functions:
1.Vehicle administration.
2. Overall administration.
3. Court dates.
4. Reports.
5. Orders and payments.
6. Personnel files.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent (NQF Level 4).
2. Minimum of 2 years’ proven administration experience.
3. Computer Literate in Microsoft Office package.
5. Experience in Easy Roster will be highly beneficial.
6. Any qualification in Payroll / Administration or HR will be highly beneficial.
7. Own transport to the Durban office is essential.
8. Exceptional English writing skills.
