JOB SPECIFICATIONS
• Processing and verifying of high volumes of information
• Following up with clients if information is incorrect or outstanding
• Checking and uploading templates
• Dealing with client queries
• Reporting with Excel spreadsheets and graphs
• Electronic filing
• Ensuring integrity of database

REQUIREMENTS
• Good communication skills in Afrikaans and English (verbal and written)
• Computer literate especially in Excel
• The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
• Ability to handle high volumes of data input with accuracy
• Meticulous, methodical, flexible, good numeric skills and attention to detail
• A sharp mind and enthusiastic attitude
• Dependable and reliable
• Good interpersonal skills
• Timely and efficient turn-around times to meet stringent KPIs
• Ability to handle and process enquiries
• Learn procedures and systems and prioritize work
• Ability to assimilate basic data and information
• Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure
• Must have at least two years office experience.
