As a TRP administrator you will assume the duty of attending to receive clients or phone calls, submitting new applications, submitting claims or client amendments to different product suppliers and any other queries that client may present.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Answer Phone calls and redirecting them when necessary
Develop and maintain a filling system
Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
Liasing with relevant products suppliers and clients
Prepare and disseminate correspondence,memos and forms
Check frequently the level of office supplies and place appropriate oders
Support and Facilitate the completion of regular reports
Ensure boardrooms are avilable and set up as required prior to the start of the meeting

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a secretary or administrator
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Power Point, Outlook and Excel)
Excelent written and verbal communication skills
Intergrity and professionalism
High school diploma (Matric)
Business administration diploma (advantage)

*NB: Candidates Should be between the age of 24 to 37
