Company is looking for an Administrative Clerk for its branch based in Pretoria Central.

Qualifications required:

Matric/Senior Certificate
Computer certificate/computer literacy
Driver’s license
Duties:

Data capturing
Processing of loan applications
Loading of debit orders
Verifying client’s information
Answering of phone calls and scanning of documents
Filing manually and electronically
Attending to queries from customers
Assisting walk-in clients
Extracting monthly stats
Assist with debt collection
Driving to various clients in and around Johannesburg
Skills/experience required:

Good telephone etiquette
Performance and service orientated
Communication skill
Customer service
Ability to work under pressure
Knowledge of NCA and its regulations
Candidate should aspire to be in finance/legal career
Knowledgeable in MS Excel
