Germiston based Legal firm seeks an Admitted Conveyancer/ Attorney
Description
• A successful legal firm based in the Eastrand, is growing rapidly and searching for an individual who is interested in growing with this firm as an admitted Conveyancer the successful candidate must at least have more than 3 years uninterrupted experience in conveyancing and notaries practice, mortgage bonds, covering bonds and notary, estates and also worked with commercial property bonds will be an advantage.
• Candidate must be performance and service driven, and source new clients in order to grow the firm’s client base.
• Must have extensive knowledge of processes for all major banks
• Must have actual work experience in processing bonds for all major banks
• Must be experienced in Ghostconvey, Stordoc, Law, and E4
• Good managerial and communication skills are required
• Must manage the bank scoring and actively assist where necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must have a LLB Degree
• Must be an admitted attorney and passed the conveyancing exam
• Must have at least 3 – 8 years’ experience as an Admitted Conveyancer

Remuneration:

Salary will be market related .
