Non-Negotiables (We will check):

* Extensive experience in selling solutions to facilities and plant managers - IN AFRICA
* Experience in the installation of industrial water heating solutions
* Experience in performing technical needs analysis on water heating solutions
* Experience in Solar Water Heating and Heat Pump Technology
* Driver
* Customer Service Orientation
* 5+ years experience in Geyser Configuration and Installation
* 5+ years selling to construction companies, facilities managers and plant managers - IN AFRICA
* Must be prepared to travel extensively into AFRICA on a regular basis

What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Industrial geyers and heat pump solutions sector. All duties would take place in this context.

WITHIN AFRICA:

* Hunt for new customers
* Cold calling
* Canvassing
* Networking
* Existing Network of Facilities Managers and Plant Managers
* Understand Customer Needs
* Get Solution Configured and Quoted
* Present Solution to Customer
* Close Deal
* Oversee Installation Process

* Achieve sales targets
* Maximise customer spend
* Keep in touch with customers

Key Job Deliverables:

* Identify new customers by prospecting and through existing network
* Understand customer needs and configure solutions
* Close the deal and manage installation process

Background work experience:

* 5+ years experience in Geyser Configuration and Installation
* 5+ years selling to construction companies, facilities managers and plant managers - IN AFRICA
* Trade Test in Plumbing, with specifics in geysers
* Exposure to the Design of Water Heating Vessels
* Exposure to Estimating and Costing of Heating Vessels
* Ability to close large complex deals
* Adv: Existing network of construction companies, facilities and plant managers
