My client is looking for a Graduates who have completed a Bachelors or Honors degree who are bilingual in English and Afrikaans. The position is to work in a call centre for 3-6 months on a temporary basis and after that, depending on how you do, you will be taken on permanently and put into a position which is in your degree discipline or another permanent position if they don’t have anything in your degree discipline.

You will be required to make calls to clients to get their address and once you get the address you pass this on to another department. The salary is R17 000 per month based on incentives, therefore if you are given 100 incentives to do a month (for example) and you manage to meet those 100 incentives, you will be paid R17 000 for that month. However, if you only meet 80%, then you will be paid 80% of R17 000 for that month. If you go over and above the incentives allocated to you for the month, you will get paid over and above R17 000. There are others that are making over R30 000 per month +.
