This luxury retirement home is seeking an Aged Care Registered Nurse with good leadership skills to be a shift leader in their facility on the South Coast of the Western Cape.

Key Responsibilities of this Aged Care Registered Nurse:
• Morning handover according to ISBAR procedure with Duty Sr on opposite shift
• Reports up to date for handover and all information checked when receiving handover
• Sister on duty checklist to be monitored daily
• Inform all staff of related policies and procedures
• Allocate staff according to patient needs and operational requirements
• Change staff allocation throughout the shift according to requirements

Requirements:
• SANC Registered Nurse
