Well established Recruitment Agency based in Croydon is seeking to appoint a suitable experienced Recruiter for Permanent Placements.
The successful Candidate must have experience in both New Business Development and Recruitment. This Position would suit a go-getter with drive and the ability to sell ice to an Eskimo!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
5 years experience in the Recruitment Industry
5 years B2B Sales experience
Must be able to reach Targets
Must have own transport

KPI'S
Successfully canvass for new business
Be responsible for all Contractual Documentation
Full - end to end Perm Placements Recruitment
Follow-up on Invoicing & Payment

Salary is Market Related, and included Fuel + Commission.
