Background in Industrial and Organisational Psychology (Advantageous)
PSM I or II, CSM, ACSM, CSP (Agile Scrum Master certified) essential
Experience
Solid Agile implementation experience (Scrum and/or Kanban) essential in the Sortware development industry
Broad understanding and experience gained of the Software Development process which includes understanding IT software terminology
Experience gained in change management
Experience in the use of conflict management techniques (Non-Violent Communication by Rosenberg) and negotiation skills
Understanding of software Team Development Stages – Tuckman’s model
Has presence, likeable, commands respect
Experience gained in the full SDLC
Emotional intelligence (maturity)
Strong – never sways from achieving the end goal.
Being a “Sleuth” – Investigative and analytical mind set sensing nuances off the floor. Situationally aware of current environment.
Excellent facilitator – leading and demonstrating to the team, the value of adopting agile values and principles (tends to lead the group without realising)
